It's a new day

Echoes of county fair and the Olympics can still be heard though faintly.
My imagination travels on the coastline looking
for coves at the edge of the woods where we can linger.
There are many things we have to talk about.
It’s a new day.

I'm so glad I tripped into your blog this week, over at Alyce's 'At Home With Books' . I've had a few minutes to peruse and I like what you are doing.
I'm working along similar lines on my blog, although with a slant toward wellness. (Check my entry for June 4. Interesting, in light of your post on June 3) Could we be kindred spirits on opposite coasts?
Keep writing.

Love these thoughts! Though I live in the mountains, my heart leans toward the coast.......and even more so lately for some reason.

I think it is because I have to do a "hard thing" and all I want to do is run away from it.....and the coast seems like the best palce to run to.

Blessings!
