Live the questions now

It rained all day yesterday and part of the night last night. Today, sunny and warm,
I walked to the river,  The water was flood brown. The fishermen told me there were no bites.

The sidewalks and streets seemed so bright and clean. It looked like the rain washed all the dirt away. It seemed that some trees were missing but none were missing.
When do you remove the scaffolding? Do you have to cast all the doubts? Is there a place for uncertainty?
“...have patience with everything  unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Do not search for the answers, which could not be given you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is,to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way  into the answer.”- Rainer Maria Rilke in Letters to a Young Poet
